Returns & Exchanges

At PinkBlush, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the package.
